Currently sipping on this – it’s pretty hot still so I’m only taking baby sips, but I’m enjoying it a lot so far. This was just a single tea bag in the box, so I am finishing it off – but I think I’ve now tried all of the My Cup of Tea blends in the box? Which was a nice intro/crash course into their blend style…
I think this is pretty simple – smooth rooibos and a good orange flavour, with a hint of cream. It hits the “Creamsicle” mark, though it’s not overly rich/sweet. I wish the orange was just a bit denser and sweeter, but the impression I’m getting is that I’ve reached the “flavour cap” of this tea and if I continue steeping it I’m only going to extract more rooibos which will overwhelm what is here…
Nice for a teabag, though!
