Nagata organic kukicha is a delicious, soothing beverage made from twigs and stems of the Nagata Family’s care nurtured tea bushes. The twigs are steamed and dried, then carefully roasted. For two cups, place two tsp (5g) kukicha leaves in a teapot, or more according to your taste. Pour 300mL Boiling water in a teapot and steep for 2min, or 3-5min for a stronger taste.

I would drink this tea when you are looking for a black tea but don’t want the caffeine or an upset stomache.
It went well with my cup cakes.
