I am taking it all in, I know coffee so much more than tea, but switched for health benefits and guess what…the taste and variety is so addicting! I am sure you can relate. I appreciate your thoughts and answers.

I will run down the Rishi, thanks for the info. Not a vegetarian, but trying to make healthy changes and choices. Less meat for sure. Love cultural food and drink experiences…about to check out soroiteasisters, again thanks for expanding my knowledge!
