From Mark T. Wendell

Our Darjeeling offering is grown in the high-altitude foothills of the Himalayas at the Margaret’s Hope Estate. Teas grown in this region tend to have a stimulating taste and aroma, setting them apart from other black teas. Often called the “Queen of Indian Teas”, Darjeeling is a full-bodied tea whose infused leaf produces a cup with a coppery-red sparkle and a hint of delicate fruit overtones.

Got back from a 3 month trip living off of the Darjeeling teas I could find in Mexico. Finally this morning I brewed a cup of Mark T Wendell Darjeeling, my favorite Darjeeling and what a wonderful experience. It’s just the best. Slightly brisk and full flavored.
