Sen-cha is the most popular type of tea in Japan. Immediately after the leaves are picked, they are steamed, rolled and dried into little needles.
Our Blender’s Sen-cha Select has been quick-fired during the finishing (shiage) process, and is a well balanced tea with a clean, crisp finish.
We recommend brewing 1 tbsp of leaves in a cup of hot water(165-190F) for 1 minute to 2 minutes, then enjoy!
