This Original longevity formulation is an earthy blend of mint and green tea, with NINE different anti-inflammatory antioxidants. It contains 4 Mediterranean herbs with high antioxidant properties (rosemary, sage, thyme, and oregano), Sideritis (aka Greek Mountain Tea, an anti-inflammatory herb that grows at high altitudes in Greece), combined with lavender, rose hips, hibiscus flowers, lemongrass, and orange peel. The phytochemicals in this tea were selected for their promising anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuro-protective effects.

Generally, if it says green tea and mint in the same sentence I run away. But Longevitea teas are more than mint and green tea so I decided to give it a chance. As soon as you open the packet the herbs assault you, pleasantly. I feel as if my nose is cleansed. The flavor is good. mainly mint but many of the other herbs also make themselves present. I’m just glad the hibiscus doesn’t get crazy.
