Sipping on this tea this lovely morning. Its a quite interesting blend. Sticky rice flavored Pu Erh, that got me interested. I washed it well and prepared the first steeping at about 40sec. It was a light in color, very earthy, woody, with a strong taste of rice and mushroom, then just slightly bitter in the aftertaste. The second steeping (40sec) was richer, darker in color yet smoother. Usually steeping 3-8 with Puerh are the best, and this one did not disappoint. The third steeping, produced a sweeter, smoother liquor with a well balanced aroma. Definitely smells like sticky rice:) I added a bit of rock sugar for some sweetens and it was quite a pleasant experience.
