I don’t drink much else, unless I’m forced to.
Not so much of a collector as a connoisseur…not to sound pretentious, I just like tasting new teas.
Young Sheng and Old Shou are equally valuable in my eyes. High end teas and “low quality” I see with equal vision.
Each tea offers it’s own unique experience, and that’s why I drink.
From the bold flavors of freshly pressed Shou, to the subtle complexity of aged Sheng, it’s all worth exploring.
Or maybe I just have a shitty palate…
