From Kettl

A classic, this blend of yabukita and saemidori varietals creates an outstanding sencha. This tea has one of the finest aroma’s we’ve experienced. A deep, full-bodied sencha, this chumushi (medium steamed) offering has all the components of a perfect sencha – sweetness, grassiness, savory-ness, and astringency. A beautiful reflection of how the skill of the farmer ends up in your cup. Artichoke, baked seaweed, cut grass and a beautiful hazelnut undertone.

This has to be one of my favorite senchas. Just had it for the first time within the last two weeks but have been drinking it everyday. It is quite amazing. Well worth the money. Personally found that 175 degrees is the perfect temperature.
