From Kent and Sussex Tea and Coffee Company

Kekecha Yellow Tea is only half or partially fermented in a similar fashion to Oolongs. During production the expert eye must stop the oxidization at the precise moment. A pleasant tasting tea with a stimulating effect historically a secret tea of Buddhist monks. This Yellow Tea has a multi coloured leaf with bronze golden brown and green shades. The colour in the cup is apricot and the mild taste has fruity notes of papaya and spiciness. A very rare tea the only yellow tea we have encountered.
