This Matcha has been freshly ground directly at KEIKO’s German headquarter. It is made of full shaded green tea Tencha ground in original Japanese granit mills. Since these mills turn slowly in order not to overheat, one mill’s output per hour is only 30g Matcha – just about the content of one tin!
