The aromatic bergamot in Earl Grey tea has been known to have a calming effect on people, as well as to boost a person’s mood. This blend is highlighted with the tart citrussy taste of grapefruit. Gives you a nice little afternoon boost without keeping you up all night. Add a fresh squeeze of lemon to your cup or a little bit of creamer.

This tea is a bright beacon of positive energy. Very grapefruit. Very goji. good without milk. Definitely a re-order for my goji and sour grapefruit-loving heart.
