Holidays TTB I can drink this one without sweetener. The mango is sort of a tease, darting around under the black tea taste. That black tea component is a little too much for my personal taste so I tried the addition of sweetener. It muted the black tea taste but didn’t do anything for the mango flavors.

Holidays TTB

Yesterday I learned that caffeine jitters are actually a thing. I tried getting through this TTB box too quickly apparently so today I took a break, this is one of few teas I tried today from the box.

I was hoping it may be similar to the Mango Ceylon I like so much but the Mango in this one is a little more mild. It’s there but overshadowed by the black which is a bit sad.

Usually I’m not a big fan of teas that just use flavoring and not the actual ingredient, such as this tea, but this one is pretty good. They use a good black tea to blend with the other flavors. This tea is good hot and cold.
I’m going to have to try to put some of my own dried mango in when I steep it to see how the flavor changes.
