From Harney & Sons

High on an isolated mountain in northern Ahejiang Province Jin Shan tea is grown. It has ancient pedigree, reputedly the source of Japan’s green teas. The tiny green and white curls make a delicious brew. The pale liquor has a nice and light sweetness.

Love this tea! Have been drinking it almost daily in my new Korean tea set. It’s very fresh and tastes like snow peas or something.
