Some might even prefer this over the finer grade, as the sweet roasted nutty flavor is more pronounced and there is not much of a bitter edge at all. But there is some grassiness creeping in. Floral qualities are still present, and reminds me perhaps of what a dandelion might taste like, and not in a bad way.
