Tbh, I was not expecting this to be as good as it is. I am not sure why, but I just didn’t have high expectations. Sipping on it now, I am actually blown away at how good this is. Initially, the taste is of rooibos, though a pleasant rooibos that is neither woodsy or medicinal. Then, a delicious sweet creaminess takes over, just as one would expect from a zabaglione. Finally, the mango sneaks in right at the end of the sip and just pops. I would definitely have this again and the success with this tea has made me excited to try the others I have.
