O is for… Orange Blush!
I had several orange teas that I could have picked for “O Day” but I chose this one because I wanted to put in more of a dent with sipping it down – and I wasn’t super in the mood for steeping more than one orange tea that day…
I’m glad I’m picking in the work to finish off this sample, but I wasn’t enthused by the flavour of the brew. It wasn’t bad or anything – this tea is usually very consistent in flavour. It’s more that I simply just wasn’t craving that intense and in your face juicy, tart orange flavour or the hibiscus/lemongrass notes that accompanied it. I probably wouldn’t have been feeling any orange tea though – so better to work on finishing off an older one…
Friendly reminder that I do not numerically rate DAVIDsTEA blends as I’m currently employed there and it would be an obvious conflict of interest. Any blends you see with numerical ratings were rated prior to my employment there. These reviews are a reflection of my personal thoughts and feelings regarding the teas, and not the company’s.
