Uji-no-shiro matcha is perfect for everyday enjoyment or as an introduction to the delightful taste of matcha green teas. Its herbal character is strong but lacks the unpleasant bitter or sour taste often found in matchas from a typical marketplace. Notes of raw cocoa, snow peas, lush grass and nori leave behind a lovely, enveloping and slightly sweet taste that lasts.
