From Celestial Seasonings

Our delicately smooth Sencha–style green tea is naturally delicious and rich in health–supporting antioxidants. This tantalizing new blend adds the brisk aroma and refreshing taste of real grapefruit and other natural flavors to create an invigorating green tea that’s sure to bring a warm, healthy tropical breeze to your afternoon.

With our rich history of artistic and inspirational tea boxes, it’s fitting that the original artwork featured here is the work of Heidi Kummli, a breast cancer survivor. Heidi’s original beadwork uses healthy green tea, grapefruit and colorful tropical accents to celebrate strength, courage and hope. Visit our special About The Artists section to learn more about Heidi and her work.

Ingredients: Green tea, natural grapefruit and tropical flavors with other natural flavors (contains soy lecithin) and grapefruit peel.

Sublime, subtly grapefruity + antioxidant-loaded refreshing green tea. Perfect for that late summer afternoon.

I’m not normally a fan of citrusy teas, but I like grapefruit, so I thought I’d try this. Unfortunately, whether or hot or cold, this just tastes . . . weird. I guess there is a bit of a grapefruit taste, but I don’t find that it mixes well with the green tea flavor. I’d rather have some grapefruit juice.
