This morning I was looking up home remedies for bronchitis and people mention herbal tea a lot, someone mentioned chai so that inspired me to steep this up. I got a couple of samples with my last purchase of turmeric tea and this was one of them.
Wow, yum! What an excellent chai. I can’t say that I am picking all of the flavors out individually (like mint or pomegrante seeds) but the other flavors are so good. Nutmeg, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, clove… this is perfect with soymilk and a touch of sweetener and is definitely warming me up. The flavor is very FIESTY and spicy so if that’s not your thing, look out! Hopefully this will be a perfect drink to help chase away the lingering chills. I would definitely order more of this someday.
