From Camellia Sinensis

This divine collaboration of colourful flowers and fine needles of fir seduces the eye at first glance.

Its bright and clear liquor fully deploys its tangy (zest) and flowery flavours. Its woody and oily nature (tree resin) intermingles harmoniously with intense scents of thyme.

A balanced combination befitting this image of calm strength. This mixture is suitable for ailments of the respiratory system. The essential oils contained in thyme, fir and goldenrod defend the body against bacteria and viruses. This tea also helps the immune system if taken as a preventative medicine.

Ingredients: Breckland thyme, hyssop, mint, fir, goldenrod, fireweed, cornflower. (Thymus serpyllum, Hyssopus officinalis, Mentha spicata, Abies balsamifera, Solidago canadensis, Épilobium angustifolium, Centaurea cyanus)

2024 sipdown no. 76

Thanks Cameron for sharing this one! There are a fair few ingredients here, and I can pick out thyme and (somewhat) mellowed mint but am unsure what the other ingredients taste like, so can’t comment there. The steeped scent is almost like lemonade, in a unique twist. This is a nice enough herbal.
