The perfect cuppa for those chilly nights. Not only is this a delicious warming blend, it’s also good when you’re feeling under the weather.

Ingredients:

Red Rose Petals – contains vitamin C which aids the immune system. Contains polyphenols that can reduce the risk of heart disease.

Cinnamon- regulates blood pressure, warming

Ginger Root- great for digestion and colds.

Steeping & Enjoying Directions:
Steep 2 tsp in hot water (170-185 degrees F) for 5-15 minutes.
The longer you steep the more benefits you’ll get from these wonderful herbs. (caffeine free)

For reference: 2oz of this tea is approximately 20-30 cups (when using 2 tsp per cup).

A simple blend of rose, cinnamon and ginger.

Cosy Rosy went particularly well with the chillier evenings early this week. Fresh, floral and fragrant with that perfect level of spice that warms but doesn’t burn. I like how these 3 ingredients work together but often the cinnamon (woody, not Red Hots) has a tendency to overpower. Ginger isn’t very noticeable in taste, moreso in feel.

Kiki rates this ‘a solid 9.’
