We filmed this finale right in the heart of advent season, so when I picked this tea for our recording it was mostly because I had simply been craving it and was seizing the opportunity to make a tea I was in the mood for during a time period where I wasn’t as in control of what I was sipping on a given day. No Star Wars connection, at all…
It was good though! I made it chilled, and it was really juicy golden pear notes with some of a honeyed graham and kind of nutty undertone and finish from the rooibos that makes its base.
