March 2022 → A sleepytime tea

This really was so much better than I was expecting! I steeped one teabag in 6 ounces of water for about four minutes, then added a teaspoon of honey with 4 ounces of frothed half and half. A perfect sleepytime tea. Raising my rating on this one.
