For long Nepal has had a big production of tea and the quality depends on the province.
The immediate closeness to Darjeeling has made the Nepalese very skilled tea producers, which is very evident in this beautiful white tea.
White Nepal has a soft, slightly spicy flavour and contain a low level of tannins.

Recommended preparation: 80 °C water / 6 g. per liter water.

Time: 10 minutes.

A.C. Perch 2022 Advent Day 8: White Nepal

This was delightful! There was a sweetness that only occurs in certain white teas that was just lovely at the end of every sip. There were also notes of hay. We both loved this one and would order it for our cupboard!
