How to Steep – 4-5 minutes at 180F

I found it interesting with the Teavivre link you shared today: that white teas that are ten years old are considered very special (if they’re stored well anyway). I didn’t even know white teas SHOULD be aged…
I didn’t know that either, but admittedly I don’t know much about aged teas. I’m guessing all that goes out the window if it’s flavored?
