From 52teas

My little girl LOVES tea. I know this is a big shock to everyone that the apple wouldn’t fall far from the tree there, but she really does love tea. Since we closed our retail shop, she keeps asking when we are going to Zoomdweebie’s for tea. Since I can’t help her out with that, I thought the next best thing would be to create a blend just for her. So here is our Princess Blend for my little fairy princess, Amelia. It’s caffeine-African honeybush, so you can share it with your little ones too (if you feel like sharing this bubble-gummy-goodness).

My wife and daughter came to see me in my office tonight and Millie saw this blend with her picture on it and started squealing, “I want a Millie Tea! I want a Millie Tea!” We brought some home, and she is ecstatic with it. I have to say, I expected the honeybush to compliment the bubble gum flavor, but OH MY! It is just stunningly bubblegummy!

Cofftea

That’s beyond awesome.

Jillian

I agree, that’s so cute Frank.

Kristen

I want to order this for my little girls Christmas stocking… but am waiting to order until the 12 days of Christmas is available! Such a neat idea!

Santa left this tea in our 3 year olds stocking… so she wanted to make some today. Her words after tasting…“I like this one!” We had a half a pot of this between us while playing with Polly Pockets. (oh the little pieces are going to drive me nutty!!!)
This is right on with the bubble gum taste, not one I would drink on a regular basis but great for my daughter! (She would probably drink this one daily and the strawberry pie is her other favorite.)

Southern Boy Teas

Glad to finally see a review of this one. Our little one really LOVES this tea, and I have to confess, I personally enjoy it as an iced tea myself.

LiberTEAS

I think I am going to order a pouch of it with my next order, because my little one said she’d like to try it.

Kristen

Good idea! I will try it iced!

Southern Boy Teas

Be warned, it’s a bit addictive as an iced tea. I know it probably sounds crazy to a lot of people, but there is something about iced liquid bubblegum that really hits the spot. (at least for me, it really does.)

gmathis

Awww! Oh, for a little one to play tea party with (17-year-old gamers generally balk at the idea of sitting down with mommy and fussy china cups). Oh, well, maybe grandchildren some decade…

Cofftea

@52teas, make an ice cream out of this?:)

I’ve had this tea for awhile and gotta say that it truly is amazing iced. And that’s the only way that I’ve drank it — until last night. I have a horrible, horrible sweet tooth (yes, I’ve stood over the sink and poured a spoonfull of sugar and ate it — and then poured another. That should give you an idea of my sense of sugar depravity). So, I was having a massive craving last night and thought “hey, I should totally try this hot.” And you know what? I loved it hot too! And it saved me a ton of calories. So, bless you Frank, for this tea. There are non-children out there who absolutely love it :D

Um, glad to meet a fellow addict. I eat sugar regularly…sugar crystals are a great snack. Just make sure to floss and brush your teeth regularly to avoid the Dentist’s Lecture. ;)

Rabs

Oh yeah, I totally make sure to take care of my teeth (the dentist has no clue about my issues). ;D

KeenTeaThyme

Mine either. Yay for being stealthy! ;)

After reading a few positive reviews about this, I decided I needed to give it a try. And yet, I have been holding on to it for a couple of months now, at least. But then, I have so many teas that I have yet to try… it’s unbelievable.

Anyway… the aroma smells like … bubblegum! Well, bubblegum and honeybush. And that’s pretty much what it tastes like too. It tastes like pink bubblegum with a nutty/woody background. I will probably need to make some more of this in the next day or so, I want my girls to try it because I think they both will enjoy it.

Pretty good! Certainly not my favorite that Frank has created, but I am really glad I’ve had the opportunity to try it.

Southern Boy Teas

I know the idea of this is odd, but you should really try it iced. It still shocks me how refreshing this is as an iced tea. I made it for my daughter, but if we make up a pitcher of this iced, I’m the one who ends up drinking most of it.

Cofftea

I could totally see this iced. In fact it’s the hot version that confuses me lol.

Kristen

I second Frank’s suggestion as iced…. it is great that way!

A big thank you to Frank you shipped this to me extra fast to make it in time for a Father-Daughter birthday tea party.
I highly recommend 52teas, they have AWESOME customer service.

I was a little afraid of a bubblegum flavored tea, but I figured the little girls would like it.
But it is blended very well; it’s not at all like the bubblegum icecream you might find in 31 flavors or another shop like that. It tastes like the flavor you get from a piece of bubblegum, but the honeybush is still very present and nicely balanced. I personally wouldn’t drink this all the time, but it was perfect for such an occasion. Surprisingly, all the fathers enjoyed it more than expected, too.

Southern Boy Teas

I am so glad we got it to you in time for your event, and that you enjoyed the tea.

If you have any left, you should totally try it iced.

Shinobi_cha

Yes, thanks again Frank! There is lots left, but it was a gift to the host (and girl having the birthday), but I have told them your suggestion.
