There’s a hint of creaminess here, but it’s mostly a smooth, almost lemongrassy cup. I also get a little pithy bitterness toward the end of the sip, or maybe a lemon extract/oil sort of thing.
Not my personal favorite, but interesting!
Flavors: Bitter, Lemon Zest, Lemongrass
Lime flavoring will never be my favorite, but this isn’t bad! I’m glad it doesn’t remind me of lime jello in particular, yet it also isn’t like a fresh, sour, or tangy lime. It’s its own category somehow. I can taste almost an equal amount of green tea, which is refreshing with some bitterness as it sits. This is pleasant cold, but was destined not to be an absolute favorite due to its flavor profile. The second time I had this, I tasted mostly indistinctly fruity, slightly bitter green tea.
