YUM! I have organic ginger root and peach oolong- I think I may play around w/ this after my matcha tomorrow morning. It’s more time consuming and putzy, but that way I can get the exact peach oolong/ginger ratio I want and even steep each tea separately so they can have their own optimum water temp and steeping time parameters. Thanks for the inspiration!
