SMOKEY. This tea reminds me of seaweed, in a good way. It’s savory, not sweet. It reminds me of the dried seaweed used to wrap sushi. I can’t tell you the individual notes, but this tea can sing.

How do you add a tealog entry daily? If I drink PARIS tea every day, how do I log this each day? The forum says I must add a tasting note every day??? That cannot be. I have nothing new to say. PLEASE someone tell me how to “check in” when I drink a particular tea each day. Thank you!

Almond, not quite marzipan almond, but a sweet almond, vs. a crunchy almond. And oh, is this good. I wish this came in a caffeinated version. This is by far the best tea I’ve had. Vanilla almond love.

I had to force this down, and actually couldn’t finish it. I tried adding cream, which might have made it worse. Maybe it’s better iced?

It’s cloyingly sweet in aroma and that artificial taste when it’s hot. However, I’d imagine this is easily enjoyed iced. I just can’t drink hot sweet teas. They’re like drinking potpourri.

To my taste, Paris is a bounty of berries. It actually smells like blueberry pie, buttered crust and all. But, it’s balanced enough that you’re not turned off, the way you can be with artificial fruity teas.
