Tried this at the Teavana. Had it as a hot sample. Tasted great, but I couldn’t really get much depth from the flavor until I asked to buy it iced with a bit of sugar added… it was just an okay, hot peppery drink. This blend (sweet or otherwise) really comes through when iced! I think I’m gonna cold brew this when I buy it. I’m thinkin’ that’ll make a really nice contrast by adding the smoothness of a cold brew to the peppery kick of the blend.

Should taste this one more…. it’s okay. Nothing particularly special about it. A simple, grassy green tea. Could force it to be a bit smoother with a bit of sugar. Decent, affordable tea. Not sure if I want this one to be my everyday green tea, though.

Really good stuff. Only had it in the store, but it’s meh when hot. It’s awesome when iced & sweetened, though!

Nice stuff. So far, really bitter unsweetened. I’ll need to take my temp down a few degrees. With sugar, though, it gets really interesting as the taste reminds me a lot of coffee.

Can’t really remember what time I set this to, but this is the first tea I’ve ever had that managed to actually taste significantly sweet without sugar! All I remember is that I turned off the boiling water and let it sit for about 10 – 15 minutes, then poured it up and waited about 3 to 3.5 minutes and I got what was lovely, grassy, smooth, and delicately sweet tea! I’m definitely gonna buy more of this stuff when Adagio restocks!

Really awesome stuff. I love how mellow, smooth, buttery, and creamy it is. I always have it with about 1 teaspoon of white sugar per 8 ounces. Would be great even if it had more sugar in it.
