I was advised not to drink green (or raw puerh) as it gets astringent real fast. However, the puerh supplier for Numi (Mrs. Du) in Yunnan province sent us a little taste of her personal green puerh – and it’s pretty unreal. Smells like dried fruit, tastes like clean clean clean clean.
