I find that the best way to drink this tea is to sweeten it and serve it icy-cold.

The box recommends honey as a sweetener, but I disagree. Two parts white sugar, 1 part honey (use the amount you’d normally do, just eyeball amounts).

Flavors: Caramel, Hazelnut, Vanilla

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 3 min, 45 sec 2 tsp 17 OZ / 500 ML

If you read the company description, you can probably imagine how good this stuff smells right out of the box. It tastes just as good, too.

It does what it says on the tin – it’s an excellent relaxant, and it even helps me stay asleep. Digestive aid? I haven’t tried it for that purpose, but could definitely see how it would work.

Flavors: Floral, Herbs
