This is my favourite tea from DAVIDsTEA. It is wildly fruity, aromatic and sweet. It is the perfect blend of berries and tea. I have had it both hot and iced, and loved it both ways! I do not add additional sweeteners to this tea, as the fruits are sweet and tart enough, however, I have also had this tea mixed with a splenda and a splash of lemonade and it was delightful! I will definitely be stocking up on this tea.

This tea is good, but not much more than that.
Firstly, I love ginger flavour and the smell of the dry tea reminded me so much of ginger chews. At first sip, you do experience all of the ginger flavour, however, the peppercorns eventually over power it. There is a bit of a liquorice flavour, which I loved. It coats your mouth and tongue with its flavour. I drank this tea really hot, with a sore throat and enjoyed it. I think it might benefit from adding some agave or sugar to it.

drank Read My Lips by DAVIDsTEA

I read so many great things about this tea, so I had to try it for myself. I bought 50g of it at DavidsTea over the weekend and waited about 10 minutes so that two people before me could buy it as well. I’m not really a fan of mint chocolate, however this tea is delicious! I prefer my tea very strong so I let it steep for quite a while and I guess it helped capture all of the delicious flavours. This is the perfect dessert tea! I also think it would make a nice valentines day gift for an avid tea drinker, as there are tiny red lips mixed in with the blend, very cute!

This tea is ideal for afternoon tea or after eating sushi. It has a perfume like flavour and a big part of enjoying this tea experience is watching the tiny pearls unwrap themselves as they fill with water.

Despite its price, I love this tea! It is delicious both iced and hot! I usually prefer it iced with a packet of sweetener, which takes away some of the “tartness”. I purchased a box of these teas from Starbucks and they came in really nice tin. Each teabag was in the “filter bag”, a very soft satchel (resembling what looks like potpourri). I wish they came individually packaged, so that the teabag was protected if the tin was not closed properly. I recommend buying the box of this tea and making it at home- I find Starbucks prices a little crazy, considering you are paying for water and not just the tea bag (at my Starbucks I pay a different amount per size, however, I have heard that others just charge for 1 or 2 teabags). Starbucks also sells an iced lemonade version of this tea. It is very tasty, but a little too high in calories for my liking. If you do enjoy this tea, there are several recipes for it online, some of which come with dietary restrictions considered (light lemonade, splenda, etc.)

This is an inexpensive, fruity tea that is absolutely delicious both warm and iced. Add sweetener and perhaps a bit of lemon and this tea makes a delicious summer drink!

drank Pumpkin Chai by DAVIDsTEA

I am new to Chai teas as my lactose intolerance prohibits me from drinking any dairy. When I bought the pumpkin chai, I asked the girls working at DavidsTea if they had tried it without milk- they said it was excellent. I purchased the tea and was excited to try it, it seemed like an ideal drink for a snowy winter day. After steeping my tea in the NOBLE tea tumbler, I tried the tea and was a little bit overwhelmed by the flavours. I added some brown sugar and a packet of sweetener and it was pretty good. I then poured half my tea into another mug and added lactose free milk (which i heated up a bit), this tasted much better! I am very diet conscious, so I’m not sure if I would drink this tea very often because of all the calories I have to add to it. I prefer my teas plain, sometimes with a bit of sweetener. Overall, it was a good tea and I understand all the good reviews about it. It is definitely best around thanksgiving or on a cold winter day!
