Love going here, never feel pressured into buying things I don’t want or need and the staff are so helpful in finding me what I’m looking for. I really wish there was a David’s tea in Fredericton!

I was really impressed with this location. First of all, I noticed that it was VERY clean! One of the cleanest locations I have seen. When I went, it was not very busy so I was able to get served almost immediately. The staff were also very patient, letting me smell several teas before making my descision, and didn’t rush me out the door! I was also really impressed with the selection of teas. They had some (like cheeky lychee) which I have yet to see at any other location in town. This location is unfortunately wayyyy out of my way but if I’m ever in the vacinity I will be sure to stop by.

Nice clean store. Staff were very nice and informative to me. I am a newbee to the world of tea. A great shop to stop by if you are in the area/mall.

I went here yesterday, and have nothing but good things to say about it. Great atmosphere and have everything that is on the website. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and exceedingly kind. They are very pushy about the ‘smelling’ thing, though I find that this shows their confidence in their teas.

For the people who find this unsanitary, they do not use the tea that you smelled to fill up the bags. They have a flap on the lid that flips up and contains a small amount of tea, a sample size for you to smell. If you decide to buy some, then the unscrew the top and fill up your bag from there.

They will also make any tea that they have in stock for you in any way that you want. I had a fresh cup of First Flush Darjeeling that they had to open up a bag for.

It was an extremely good experience, and the only complaint that I might have is that they left the tea bag in the cup. Not that much of an inconvenience, but I would rather wait the amount of time and have them take it out, rather than put guess-work into it.
