I brewed this tea using a teapot (95°C: 7’) and a gaiwan (95°C : ’20 – ’25 – ’40 – ’45).
It is one of the best Tie Guan Yin I have tasted until now. It has a mild roast sensation at first then a more fruity note kicks in to stay in your mouth for a while. Everyone I shared it with loved it from tea lovers to tea agnostics! It is a deliciously safe bet.
You can also try it at the boutique perfectly brewed!
