This is a wonderful blend of white Assam and Indian green tea. It’s very sweet, very refreshing and for me it was one of my first white teas that was memorable.
I found this tea really aromatic and evocative, and the strawberry leaves lift up its flavour and makes it noticeably fruity. I liked this tea because it was so light and not heavy like some teas can be. I also love the rose and liquorice notes in this blend, and I appreciate that this brand is certified and organic.
Ambrosia Plum feels to me like a spring-time, afternoon tea – a perfect addition to a picnic or tea party.
