I loved this tea. It wasn’t quite as strong as the tea in store, but it was still delicious. The best part is how fragrant this tea is. It made my whole office smell spicy delicious.

This is actually my 3rd steeping of this tea (the one from 2 days ago). It’s still decent, more vegetative and less Jasmine, but still enjoyable.

Yummmm. Beautiful jasmine scent, and wonderful jasmine flavor. The color is extremely light, i almost thought I had completely messed my steep up somehow, but then i smelled and tasted it. There is a hint of green tea and a wonderful strong jasmine flavor to it. It’s not an overpowering flavor, it is quite wonderful :)

This is one of the first teas I have bought from bulk at PCC. I had it for my morning tea, and for my evening tea. It’s a nice pleasant gently flavor, and a nice pleasant gentle aroma. The second steeping (this evening) definitely looses some of the punch. It’s a pretty good tea for a decent price. Especially considering it allows me to support local stores (PCC in Redmond)

I had this made while buying some other teas at Teavana last night. Good stuff, light, sweet tea flavor with a nice raspberry aftertaste.

drank Earl Grey Creme by Teavana

I actually had this yesterday as well as today. I’m loving it. After thinking some more, i’m going to see if I can find an equally good Earl Grey Creme from someone who doesn’t charge as much (Teavana is $4.50 for 2oz).

Adagio is probably going to be my first trial. I’m also wondering what I should get to make steeping easier… I was thinking of getting something like Adagio’s Ingenuitea (http://www.adagio.com/gifts/holiday_ingenuiTEA.html), but it seems too single purpose, so now I am looking at various mugs and teapots. Any Suggestions?

Adagio is good, they’re actually where I first ordered from… Ironically I was just looking at Teavana’s site :) I actually have the personaliTEA and love it: http://www.adagio.com/teaware/personaliTEA_teapot.html it seems they’re out of stock at the moment though :( But you might be able to find something comparable…

2 tsp tea

OH MY Goodness!!! This is the best Earl Grey I’ve had yet! The best tea I’ve had too. Good signs for my first cup of loose leaf!

Aroma is a wonderfully creamy mix of tea, citrus and vanilla. The vanilla is a little strong, but it also lends to the creaminess. The liquor is dark amber. The taste is wonderful, a good solid tea taste, followed by a lot of vanilla (maybe a little too much), finished with a hint of citrus (could use a tiny bit more of that).

I think I found my new morning tea!

Congrats on starting on the loose leaf! Nothing beats loose leaf for flavor or ceremony. Of course bags are fast and convenient :)

I like keeping a log of my teas, but I kinda want the feature to just note that i had it, as opposed to a full review.

You can choose to log a tea and “write something later” – it will show up on your tea log (but not your front page) as a logged tea with no notes.

Nice! Thanks for the tip!
