drank Van Dyke by Soleil Tea

The smell of this loose tea is fabulous! Fresh, woodsy, trees, juniper, walking in a forest, really unique. I loved this tea!! Really fresh, clean, outdoorsy. There were hand-rolled juniper berries and hop petals in the bag. I was carefully with my steeping time not wanting it too astringent or bitter tasting due to the addition of the hop petals. This was sample. I’m ordering more with the 20% discount they gave me with my order!

I received an order from this company who is new for me. I was impressed with the packaging and the personal note included. Shipping was very fast. Also a discount offer on my next order. I received a free sample of a new tea called Van Dyke that I’m anxious to try. This Yunnan gold had beautiful colored dryed leaves. The smell was fantastic!! Cocoa, malty, and lovely vanilla! I drank it western style and was not disappointed! I have been looking for something for a replacement for WP Golden Orchid since they have been out for a while. I’m so glad I ordered a few more of Soleil’s teas. Wonderful tea and happy with this companies service

I like this tea. It isn’t spectacular but nice. Has no bitterness or astringency. Nice honey, maltiness flavor. I really like this company and some of their teas are my favorites. This isn’t bad by any means, but they have some I like better.

So we have coffee shops in Montana named “City Brew”. They have these great lemon mint sencha lattes. This tea has a wonderful aroma of vanilla with peppermint, lemon and honey bush. I don’t usually like honey bush but this doesn’t have an overwhelming amount. The combination of these ingredients are really nice. The $ is great for a 4 oz loose leaf tea tin. You can order from their web site. I highly recommend this tea

Haven’t drank any yellow teas before, but since they had a sale of 50% off on this tea and I read such great reviews I thought I would try it.
This tea is supposedly Teavanas most expensive tea. Well I gotta say it is my favorite tea from Teavana!! This tea is mellow, smooth, delicious. I love it! I wish I could afford to drink it all the time but I definitely will check for sales and pick it up when ever I can!

This my favorite Fenghuang oolong that I have had. I have been trying others to see if I can find one as good but less expensive. Have tried many but this the standard by what I have been measuring the others. Has peachy notes that I have not been able to find with others.

This is the first tea I’ve tried from several that I bought from What Cha. The shipping was fast, it was packaged well and I received the order with no problems. A handwritten note and a sample tea was included with the order. This Kenya Premium White tea is beautiful! On opening the sealed bag the smell was wonderful. The bag has the water temperature and steeping instructions which I find very helpful in getting the best cup of tea possible. This tea had no bitterness or astringency. I don’t really go into “taste like baked bread, carmel, fruity etc.” I just know that its a really beautiful, calming tea that I was able to resteep several times with it tasting wonderful each cup. My husband and daughter who aren’t big tea drinkers had some and said “this is our favorite of all the teas you have right now!” That is saying a lot! I have not had many white teas in my cupboard but this tea will now be a staple for myself and to serve friends and family!
