drank Chaï Orange and Cocoa by Umano
18 tasting notes

Today, I decided to drink a chaï. It will be at my French blog Thursday but here a little review:

I used my little glass teapot with a water at 95 Celsius degrees and 1 tsp. I infuse for the first time 3 minutes but after I tasted it, I decided to add for 2 more minutes.

I’m a little bit surprised: in the teapot, I smell cacao and orange. But when I tasted it, the orange dominate with a little taste of cacao and cinnamon. Why? I love cinnamon! Also, the black tea (and it’s a strong black tea) is not really here in the beginning but I taste it after few sips.

Anyway, it’s a good chai but it’s not the best.

Flavors: Cinnamon, Clove, Cocoa, Orange

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 5 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 250 ML
