Bio

Desirée is a Specialty Tea Master Blender and Industry Specialist with over 20 years of experience and is certified with the Specialty Tea Institute. She currently holds two Committee positions with AHPA for Sustainability and Tea Infusions. Her experience in the industry crosses the spectrum from owning and operating her own tea blending business, writing award-winning recipes behind the scenes for many brands, to extensive experience in the supply chain from product concept development, origin production, manufacturing, delivery, and packing and establishing products successfully to the marketplace. She owns and operates two businesses that work side by side. Ingredient Hub sources hard to find ingredients and establishes garden level relationships making sustainable sourcing real. Helping gardens to go organic by grouping industry sourcing together and pushing for collaboration on such endeavors by aligning companies with the same core mission, vision, and values.
