Finishing off the last of this tea that TeaEqualsBliss sent to me – thank you!
Bright and delicious. The pomegranate is sweet and tart, but not too tart. It tastes like … well… pomegranate! This tea starts out with very little astringency, but it develops as I continue to sip. Not a bad thing though, as long as you don’t mind astringency (I don’t mind it at all, as long as it’s not overwhelming)
I like that I can taste tea and pomegranate. The black tea is brisk and bright, and the fruity flavor of the pomegranate doesn’t taste artificial. It’s a good cuppa.
Preparation
Thanks to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this tea!
This is a very nicely balanced pomegranate black tea. The pomegranate tastes authentic, it doesn’t taste fake nor does it taste over-done. The black tea is strong and brisk, no bitterness and very little astringency to it, although I am finding that the astringency does develop as I make my way down the cup. The first few sips had very little astringency to them, but now there is a little more. Still not overpowering though.
A really nice cuppa!
Preparation
Absolutely more honey than lemon flavoring in this. The honey aroma is VERY intense. The honey taste is also strong. The lemon is noticeable but not strong and the green tea flavoring is somewhat lost in the background. This is OK but not very memorable. Then again…I’m usually not into honey flavored teas unless they are incredible remarkable!
Smells like orange and green tea. Tastes like grassy green tea, a little orange, and almost like a gingery type spice. The orange is slight yet pleasant. I think I would like it better without the spices in it and it just being orange flavored green tea. BUT…I do like this one better that most of the Tea Nation Teas overall…so far.
Backlog: I finished up the last of this tea that TeaEqualsBliss sent me last night.

Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this tea to try!
It has a nice aroma – a little soft but smells nicely of cranberry and also has a light, fresh leafy fragrance in the background. It has a good flavor – clean green tea taste, light on the astringency, and a pleasant sweet/tart taste from the cranberry. Nothing overwhelming, a very good, light tasting tea.

Just finishing a cup of this tea – the last that I have of this tea too! It was a pretty good tea. Here is my full-length review of it: http://sororiteasisters.com/2010/11/04/pomegranate-green-tea-from-the-tea-nation/
Enjoying a cup of this tea while waiting for the husband to return home with the pizza.

I am not sure why I’m having a caffeinated tea at this time of night, but, hopefully I won’t be kept awake since I’ve a lot to do tomorrow!
Very flavorful, tasty, and sweet. I like it.
Preparation
Drinking up the last of this this morning. It’s been an okay green tea, but not one that I’ll run out and get more of anytime soon.
Edited to Ask: I can count this as the first of my Sipdown, right?
Preparation
I know Auggy is doing it, not sure who else…and I think you already have been. It’s working to get your cupboard down to manageable levels. More details at:
Hey, I say if it gets finished off, it counts! Yay!
TEB, it’s something takgoti and I started doing since she’s buried in samples. I thought I was, then she told me her sample count….
As much tea as I drink, I still am finding teas in my cupboard that I haven’t logged and/or have to add to Steepster. I’ve drank this one quite a few times, and just realized this morning that I haven’t logged it at all.
The papaya and passionfruit flavors are well done: subtle, but authentic, and really enhance the green tea base. The green tea itself has both nutty and grassy notes, with a slightly buttery finish. It’s a bit more astringent than many other green teas I’ve had; I think it adds to the tea rather than detracts. Overall, for being a Wal-mart find, I’m pretty happy with it.
Preparation
Sipdown! Last of the tin.
I made my first mug of this for relaxation. Now I am making it for a study aid. I’m not sensitive enough to caffeine for this to do anything to me this late at night, but just drinking tea helps me do whatever I am doing.
Tea: when sleepy, it helps to soothe you. When studying, it helps to concentrate you.
Preparation
Not as flavorful as Twinings Earl Grey, but still pretty good. I might have a sipdown on it tomorrow since I only have two bags left. Or I might do a cold brew experiment. We will see.
Our room now has cable. Dad sent the cable cord to me this week, so I get to decide on whether I want to be sociable or stay in on Dr Who nights now.
Preparation
Nothing hits the spot like curling up with a fluffy fleece Tinkerbell blanket, a Hello Kitty pillow, your Kindle with the recent time-traveling romance on it, and a good cup of hot tea with a dollop of honey for your sweet tooth.
Preparation
I am down to this tea after finishing off another box of Twinings Irish Breafast.
I have figured out that I really like this tea with a little bit of milk. It doesn’t overpower the tea and it just rounds out the flavor a bit. I even got my boy to try some and he liked it fairly well. He prefers Numi though.
