All I have to say is YUM! This tea is perfect! Love it!!! It has the right amount of black tea, peppermint, and a hint of vanilla. HMMM. Yum! So sad its the last batch they had. But I’m sure there are others from them that I could try.

Gary you didn’t purchase this from a shop in Lititz Pa did you? I frequent a cute tea shop in Lititz “A Tea Affair” and they have a loose tea by this name :)

Gary

Hi Kristen, No I got this bag from S. Clyde Weaver’s in East Petersburg.
They have a nice TEA bar and a Good selection of Tea.
I put your Lititz Tea Affair on my Travel Map.
Thanks for the Comment and the News about Tea Affair

This is a tea that I received in a swap.

The dry leaf smells delicious. VERY fruity. I can smell the mango and peach much stronger than the watermelon. The brewed liquor takes on a different smell, kind of like Ceylon tea and fruit. (imagine that!)

This is a tea that absolutely needs sweetening to arouse the flavors in the cup. Without the sweetening, it tasted rather dull.

This tea doesn’t really taste much like watermelon or mango… I can taste some of the peach… and maybe a little bit of mango… but very little watermelon.

That’s not to say that it’s a bad tasting tea, it’s alright… it has a pleasant fruity taste, but, it is just not what I had expected or hoped for.

I got a free sample of this with my order and I’m so glad that I did. It’s absolutely lovely, light, and sweet….that’s all I have to say. I’m definitely buying this, I’m loving this company so far.

This was just okay to me. A little disappointing because Tea For All Reasons’ caramel black is out of this world!!! The cinnamon flavor in it reminds me of red-hot candy or a cinnamon candle.

Is this real life? The first sip of this was some sort of otherworldly experience. This tea is like drinking liquid caramel squares, and smokey homemade tasting ones at that. As suggested, I lightly sweetened and added (soy) milk. I think this would make a fine iced milk tea, too.

Bethany

Is that a David at the Dentist reference?!?

Samantha

Yes! So glad someone caught that.

This tea’s aroma both brewed and before brewing was very vanilla-y, and I love any and everything vanilla, so I was really looking forward to tasting it. The bergamot oil and vanilla really compliment each other perfectly. The black tea laced with the bergamot and vanilla really brews the perfect cuppa for mid afternoon.

Well, this tea certainly went fast! I had two cups out of the remainder of my stash. The first one was a little bit more black tea than last night and the 2nd cup was almost like a mint chocolate chip cookie. Sorry to see it go…waaaaaah…

Jillian

“They’re after me Lucky Charms!” *Is bricked *

LENA

This is wonderful! It really is! Each ingredient contributes a hint to the overall yumminess! Just a hint is all it needs. A really nice blend.

The resteep was not as strong and only had a hint of mint left but still not bad!

I really need this Lucky Charms Tea tonight…it’s been a doozeeee…In the middle of a winter storm, roof is leaking, dishwasher is leaking, my camera wouldn’t upload pics for a week – got it back to par and now I don’t have the time to craft and take and upload the pics anyway! Sheesh!

Shanti

This looks so cool! Does it taste like chocolate? Vanilla? I once mixed chocolate mint tea with vanilla 50-50 and it gave me a headache…

Carolyn

Wow! It sounds like a very challenging week. You need a cozy blanket, a pot of tea, and a plate of cookies.

TeaEqualsBliss

All flavors are a hint of flavor for a good blend…none of the ingredients totally stand out…it’s yummy

silvermage2000

Nice review. Hope you have better luck soon. This sounds really good.

Shanti

In addition to Carolyn’s list, can I add a fluffy kitty to snuggle? Hope things get better soon! hugs

A friend of mine once said, “Even bad days are only 24 hours long…” but some 24 hours are just longer than others. May you be surprised by a little joy soon!

This smells like candied almond and flowers today. :)
Pretty YUMMY. Only infused for about 5 mins this time…last time was about 7 I think.

I can’t pass up a tea that supports a cause!

I will say this blend is a little FUNKY.

Lots of different ingredients swimming and dancing in the water while it steeps.

The candied Pink Ribbons are a nice touch.

It smells like fruit, candy, sweet, Rooibos, floral – mostly rose, nutty, LOTS going on here!

It seems to blend better than I expected.I think the Rooibos gives it enough sweetness without it being too much and blends well with everything else.

2 Thumbs up for this creative and charitable blend

Cofftea

And loose at that! I don’t like that RoT’s are bagged.:(

TeaEqualsBliss

I think some people who might be afraid of Rooibos may want to try this one! I’m really enjoying it! Not that I am afraid of Rooibos…but you know what I mean! LOL

Bethany

Have you tried any other TFAR teas?

TeaEqualsBliss

@ Bethany – not yet…this is my first! :) Have you!?

Ricky

Tea for a cause, I’m in. I love rooibos and the combination of all the ingredients sound delicious! I looked at their tea selection and it seemed pretty interesting as well.
