Fresh, rich, and creamy. Quite yummy and a standout amongst Yunnan golds.

Talking to a friend about his trip to China. Made me want some oolong. Mmm. Still love this one.

Still delicious. These tightly-rolled leaves take awhile to open, prolonging the joy.

Ok, yeah, I am friends with the owners of Chicago Tea Garden. I am also a Tie Guan Yin FIEND. And this is the best I’ve tasted. One of the best teas I’ve ever tasted. Oh my stars! Tastes like a pristine meadow on the first spring morning when the tiniest flowers, still covered with dew, first bloom.

Excuse me. I need some time alone now.

Having not found a black tea that I could drink everyday, finding this tea was a great thing. This tea if brewed correctly will need no cream or sweetener. I brewed 3g of it in my Gaiwan for 1minute. It lasted for many steepings, but started loosing its flavor around steeping 8.
