294 Tasting Notes
I cold brewed the Buddhas tea in the Mason jar. I was generous in the amount of tea I used. Compared to my other tasting this one was much better. Once again, especially with greens and oolongs, I believe this preparation allows me to taste the true flavor of the tea. It was a pale liquid that was bursting with flavor. Absolutely sublime.
This is my first tasting of a rose scented tea. I enjoy it. It’s uplifting. As I stated in my profile, I do not particularly care for scented teas. I love the aroma. It’s so different and a welcome change of pace. This was another sample from Upton that I will defintely buy. Thanks JM for the suggestion. PS, the price is right….

I just received this in the mail. A beautiful aroma in the dry leaves. A beautiful aroma when brewed for the suggested 3 minutes. I brewed it in the 1 cup Yixing. A very delicate flavor. I will add more leaves in my next brew. I like the Dragonhouse Tea website. It’s the Disneyland for tea lovers like myself. I must add this lovely tea has elevated my mood. Ye Gods….
Preparation
Another of my samples from Upton. When I smelled the dry leave I thought I was going to be in heaven. A beautiful aroma. Maybe I steeped it too long. I will have to retaste tomorrow. Very vegetal. I fell in love with the Lung Ching Superfine in yesterdays tasting.
look forward to more words
