Infatuated with this black tea. Extended steeping with milk and some cane sugar is win beyond win.

It barely has any color to it, but its smell and taste is utterly apparent. It’s like sipping an ancient forest in the dead of winter. I recommend steeping a tad longer than suggested with a little extra heat if you want to intensify the forest flavor even more.

Tastes smooth yet starchy. Not the most pleasing experience, but it’s not terribly bitter or overpowering either. Overall, meh.

Once brewed, the color is a light orange with a hint of pink. The smell is very mellow and at the same time rich with notes of what seems like exotic fruit. Smells nice. :O

After a sip, I’m impressed. It’s definitely flavorful and tastes almost how it smells. It has a unique flavor. As it cools its flavor is more pronounced. Definitely try this out if you’re into oolongs. Easily a new favorite.
