This is some black tea from the Wuyi mountains in China, and it tastes divine. You haven’t had black tea with so many flavors in it. I could sip this all night while fraggin’ and PvPin.

Full bodied, smooth texture with slightly woody and fruity flavor.

Pretty darn good for a bagged tea. As soon as you take it out of its paper pillow the lemongrass/spearmint hits your nose. Luckily it tastes as good as it smells. One of the better bagged greens.

This one takes tweaking to get a good taste. Use only 2.0g for 7oz water.

Not for me.

Tasted better than normal Genmai, to me. It must be the added Matcha that kicked the taste up a notch.

2nd infusion just tasted like regular Genmai, as most of the Matcha got washed away.

I had high hopes for this tea, but they weren’t met. It’s almost like hot water with a hint of dark chocolate. You might as well take a pass and go for some hot cocoa instead. ;)

That said, the leaves themselves smell amazing, a rich chocolate smell. But in the end, taste is what matters and I wasn’t blown away.

I’ll try some variations in the steeping method later.
