The fruit scents of the tea are wonderful and pungent, once it’s brewed the red flowers add their flavor. The apricot and peach flavor is natural tasting and this is a lovely tea. Cool or Warm this tea is summery and flavorful, sweeten it slightly to enrich the honey notes. I left my second steep longer and the tea darkened and was more astringent, but the recommended steeping allows for the subtler flavors.
