10 Tasting Notes
Honestly the grapefruit ruined this for me. I don’t particularly like grapefruit and in this it overpowered everything else. I like other teas from this brand just fine but grapefruit is not what I want in my Earl Grey at all.
Flavors: Grapefruit
Preparation
This is a solid flavorful Earl Grey tea. I’ve actually used it to bake and make Earl Grey ice cream. It’s nice because I often get two infusions out of it without any issues and it’s strong enough to get the flavors without being overwhelming.
Flavors: Bergamot
Preparation
This chocolate chai is really quite tasty. I have to admit it’s one of the first Chocolate Chais that I’ve had where you really taste the spice and chocolate but actually taste very little tea. I think that’s probably because it goes pretty heavy on the cocao shells so you really get that natural chocolate flavor.
Flavors: Cardamom, Chocolate, Cinnamon
Preparation
One of my favorite rainy day teas because you can forget about it for a bit and keep adding more water and no matter what it’s delicious.
It comes in pressed balls so you have no need to measure anything which makes it super easy to just open, throw in a pot, and enjoy tea.
Preparation
A great chai with a good chocolatey flavor. This is exactly what I want when I don’t quite want hot chocolate but still want something with chocolate flavor.
Flavors: Cardamom, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Ginger
Preparation
This is a great wintertime tea. It’s very sweet and chocolately. You can definitely taste the caramel in it. But I also think the pu erh rounds it out very nicely. Will definitely keep it stocked in my cupboard
Flavors: Caramel, Chocolate, Earth
Preparation
I am a big lover of different kinds of spicy chai teas and make it a point to try almost every one that I come across. This one is quite tasty with enough chocolate to make it noticeable but not so much as to take away from the spice.
Flavors: Chocolate, Cinnamon, Ginger
Preparation
First this tea smells M ZING, it definitely has a chocolatey earthy smell. It also tastes wonderfully earthy with just little hints of something a little darker that I can’t quite describe. I love it with a little honey or raw sugar.
Flavors: Chocolate, Earth
Preparation
To be completely honest this is one of the favorite things I brought back from Disney World when I went last year. Joffrey’s supplies most of the coffee and tea at Disney World and they have a shop in Disney Springs with a huge variety of Tea. This was definitely my favorite. It’s got the dept of pu erh and the chocolatey taste it’s probably one of the best teas for when you kind of want hot chocolate but also kind of want tea.
