Almost a grape aroma and taste, slightly astringent. Pleasant aftertaste, with high floral notes.
The second infusion is sweet and fruity. Full and pleasant with an almost tingly aftertaste. Suggestion of roasted tree nuts. Very nice!
I’m noticing a sort of cocoa flavor this time. How complex!
